Send invoices and debt collection notices
All businesses can send invoices in Digipost. New invoices are notified through email and push notifications and it is possible to order an extra SMS notification. The recipient can easily pay the claim directly in the mailbox and will always have an overview over all invoices available in Digipost.
Sending debt collection notices in Digipost is in accordance with the Debt Collection Act and gives businesses a great cost advantage. The recipient receives an email notification with the claim and an SMS reminder if the document is not read by the day before due date.
As the sender you can also lead the customer to your own payment solutions or website for creating down payment plans.
Send payslips
Digipost is an encrypted message service where payslips are sent directly between identified senders and recipients. The combination of encrypted storage and sending makes sure that unauthorized persons cannot get access to the payslips.
Digipost does not read the content of payslips and never sells information to third parties. This gives Digipost a higher level of security than email. In addition, GDPR gives individuals the right to access their personal data, and by sending payslips in Digipost, businesses give employees ownership and access to this data, even after a job change.
Appointments that help increase attendance
Digipost offers functionality that makes it easier for the recipient to remember the appointment, and thus increased attendance for the sender. The recipient receives relevant notifications with the option to add the appointment directly to the calendar. Invitations in Digipost mean that the recipient is quickly notified of the appointment, and the sender can thus receive faster feedback if the time is working. The sender can also add a link that takes the recipient directly to a page to change the appointment if necessary.
Digitization of physical questionnaires
Digipost and Andvord Grafisk have developed a service for digitizing questionnaires, which simplifies the process for businesses that send questionnaires or other documents. Recipients get questionnaires either digitally or physically in the mail. Either way, the business will get all answers back on a digital format (XML), and all personal data is treated according to the privacy legislation.
Andvord Grafisk offers a template for interpreting physical responses, and the mailing can be done through Digipost, which distributes both digital and physical mail. Physical answers are returned through a return envelope to Andvord, who scans the answers and sends them back to the business via Digipost.
Digitization of physical proof
Digipost is cost-effective compared to physical proof and the development of own applications. At the same time, businesses that send proof in Digipost contribute to a better environment by reducing plastic cards.
It is convenient to collect proof in the mailbox where important information is already stored, and recipients do not need to download an additional app. With over 3 million users, senders reach a large proportion of their users easily through Digipost.
