Deactivate and close account

This is how you deactivate or close your Digipost account:

  1. Log in to Digipost.

  2. Navigate to your profile settings and select "Deactivate Account".

    • If you deactivate your account, you will no longer receive new messages in Digipost. All the post you have already received will still be accessible.

  3. After deactivating your account, you can choose to close it permanently. All content will then be removed after three months

Grant others access to your Digipost account

If you would like someone you trust to have the opportunity to read and manage your post in Digipost, you can grant them access to your digital mailbox.
