You can choose whether you want notifications by email and SMS, but you cannot choose SMS from all senders.
The Digipost address is your unique ID in Digipost. It is used by senders who want to send you letters in Digipost.
If you have chosen not to be visible in search, other private individuals who want to share their mailbox with you or send you messages need to know your Digipost address.
The Digipost address consists of names, numbers, and letters.

If you change your name, the system will automatically create a new Digipost address based on your new name. If your Digipost address is incorrect, you can contact customer service.
You can find your Digipost address under Profile.
Every 90 days, we ask you to confirm that your contact information is correct. This is because it is important for notifications about new messages to actually reach you.
For the same reason, we also ask you to verify that your email address and phone number are correct by sending you a code via SMS and a link we ask you to open in an email. You only need to do this once, and if you have not recently registered, changed, or confirmed your email address, you can ignore emails from us containing clickable links.
