How notifications work in Digipost
Digipost notifies you when you receive new mail, so you can easily stay updated.

You can enable push notifications in the Digipost app via your phone’s settings.
Notifications are sent between 07:00 and 23:00, so you won’t be disturbed at night.
SMS notifications:
SMS notifications are only used for public senders and companies that pay for you to receive a message about new mail.
Email notifications:
Email notifications are sent at the same time as push notifications, but there may be some delay. If you do not receive an email notification, you should check your spam or junk folder.
Please note that if you mark emails from Digipost as spam, you will no longer receive email notifications about new mail.
