Storage and archiving

Upload and securely store important documents in Digipost. You have 1 GB of storage space and can delete content you no longer need.

You are welcome to upload your own documents to Digipost, as long as you have available storage space. Digipost is secure and suitable for storing important documents.

 

You can store up to 1 GB of letters and documents for as long as you want. If you have used up your storage space, you can still receive mail, but you won't be able to send or upload documents. Contact Customer Support if you have questions about storage space.

  • If you have used up your storage space, you can delete content you no longer need. Contact customer support if this is not possible or desirable.

  • You can still receive new messages if your storage space is full, and you will not lose anything, but you will not be able to upload your own content or send messages.

When you delete content, it goes to the trash. After 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from the trash and cannot be recovered. If you want the content to be permanently deleted before the 30 days have passed, you can delete it directly from the trash.
